2 large carrots peeled and grated
half a small white cabbage finely sliced
1/4 of a small red cabbage finely sliced
half a lemon
1 tbspn olive oil
1 tbspn yogurt
1 tbspn mayonaise
Mix the vegetables together with the oil and lemon. The stir in the yogurt and mayonaise. Add more mayo to taste.
Variation: add some grated apple or cheese
