1 punnet strawberries
2 table spoons icing sugar
50-100ml of coconut milk
Trim berries and roughly chop, then place in freezer for at least 2 hours but better over night.
Break frozen berries up and place in a food processor with the sugar and 50 ml of coconut milk.
Set motor going and trickle in more of the milk until the mix comes together. Though take it slowly and don’t add too much milk as the fruit will warm up in the processor.
Perfect snack in the garden.
