Fried egg bread with shape dippers

One slice of bread
One egg
Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, cheese
Shape cutter (at least half the size of the bread)

Lightly toast one side of the bread. Cut out a shape from the middle. Place the bread (now with a shaped hole) uncooked side down, in a frying pan with a little olive oil over a medium heat and crack the egg into the hole. At the same time place the shape next to it, uncooked side down. Turn the heat down if the bread is cooking quicker than the egg.
Once the white of the egg is cooked and the yoke is warm and gooey serve with the shape for dipping, with a mix of tomatoes and cucumber on the side.
